*This position is 100% remote in the State of Colorado.

Experience and Skills

An excellent background for this role would include moderate to high-level expertise in the areas of:

  • Managing assigned customer accounts and training customers on Portal features and functions.
  • Synthesizing complex technical information and communicate to all levels of the organization to resolve complex projects.
  • Helping customers improve their service's maturity through regular service reviews, scope coverage, and tuning assessments.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of identified improvements required to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues for customers related to networking, routers, IDS, IPS, firewalls, load balancers, aggregators, TCP & UDP communication, and or cloud implementations.
